The Sylhet International Cricket Stadium will host its first ever Test match from November 3-7 as the BCB Saturday announced the itinerary of Zimbabwe’s tour of Bangladesh. The second and final Test will be held at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka from November 11-15.
Prior to the two-Test series, the visiting side will take part in a three-day warm-up game against local opposition from October 29-31 in Chittagong. The series also comprises three ODIs, which will be played before the Test series.
The first ODI (day night) will be held in Mirpur on October 21 while the second and third ODI (both day nighters) will be played on October 24 and 26 respectively in Chittagong’s Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Cricket Stadium. The Zimbabweans will arrive on October 16 before playing a practice match against local opposition at BKSP in Savar on October 19.
