Technicians from PCR machine manufacture company landed. Reason for malfunction so far not clear: Chinese Embassy

As per the government's emergency request to troubleshoot the malfunctioned main PCR machine, technicians from the manufacture company landed on Sri Lanka last (30) night for the reparing process, Chinese embassy said in a tweet.

So far the reason for malfunction has not been clear, it added in its statement.

Upon the request to repair the broken machine, the Embassy also said it learned that other machines, including the main PCR machine, have been operated 24/7 for months, and will also be repaired.
