Sandhya Eknaligoda complains to President

Sandhya Eknaligoda, wife of missing Journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda, alleged that Adviser to the President, Ven. Ulapane Sumangala Thera was continuing to threaten her and her children, despite the conviction of the General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena, earlier this month, in relation to intimidating her at the Homagama Court.


Postal strike suspended

The Joint Postal Trade Unions Front (JPTUF) yesterday announced that it would together with 24 of its unions, suspend the postal strike which has lasted for the past 16 days.
